Unfortunately, my stay here was disappointing, especially in comparison to my previous visit. The rooms were a letdown considering the high price, and the service was not as attentive as before. While the location is fantastic, right by the beach and near various attractions, the dining options left much to be desired. I had a wonderful time staying at Niksoma. The location is perfect, right on the beach, and the suite we booked was spacious with a lovely pool view. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. However, I was disappointed to see the hotel still using plastic straws, which contrasts with the eco-friendly practices I've encountered elsewhere in Bali. Overall, I would return, but I really hope they make an effort to reduce plastic use in the future.
